Fees & Methods of Payment

The fee for a 45-50 minute hour is $225. Payment is expected at the time of service. Some insurance companies will reimburse a portion of this fee. If I am in your insurance network (see below) you will likely only be responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance and any outstanding deductible costs.
If I am out of your insurance network I am happy to supply you with a ‘superbill’ at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cash, check, Venmo, credit/debit/HSA cards accepted.

• Aetna (PPO and Managed Choice Plans. No HMO)
• Carelon Health Options (SAG/AFTRA)

I do not take Medicare or Medical plans.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. The client is responsible for the full fee if session is canceled with less then 24 hour notice, or if client fails to show-up for a scheduled appointment.  If the canceled session is re-scheduled within a week, the fee for the missed session may be waived. Re-scheduling is subject to availability.
